At GYM4U we support charities both local and national and run events to raise much needed cash. Some of the recent charity events have been for the Heart foundation, Multiple Sclerosis and Cancer Research. Having fun is what we are good at and arrange many social events that we invite all our members to take part in. The events can range from theme nights to seasonal parties and sometimes we have been known to organise a party just because. We are planning to have one social evening a month after great demand. Our Valentines night was such a success that more events have been requested. Keep your eye's on this page to find out what's coming soon.
